Australia
Products are delivered Australia-wide using Australia Post (Registered Post), Aramex and TNT. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the product and your location; exact shipping costs are shown in the cart before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Estimated delivery times within Australia are 3–7 business days depending on your location. Deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. A signature may be required upon delivery; if you are unavailable, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.
Free shipping is available on Australian orders over $150 AUD.
International Shipping
HLP Medical ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Japan.
- United States & Canada: Estimated delivery 7–14 business days from dispatch.
- United Kingdom: Estimated delivery 7–16 business days from dispatch.
- Japan: Estimated delivery 7–14 business days from dispatch.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping is available on international orders over $150 AUD equivalent.
